As soon as the doors opened, the bride stepped inside, and the doors promptly closed, trapping her inside. Panic set in as we realized what had happened. The bride's father tried to pry the doors open, but it was no use. The elevator had malfunctioned, and there was no way to open it.
Meanwhile, the music was still playing, and the guests were waiting at the ceremony location for the bride to make her entrance. I could see the groom getting more and more nervous with each passing moment. He didn't know what was happening, and he was worried that the love of his life had changed her mind.
